Great truck (4/5) - pierre from Montreal, Canada (Wed, 08 Mar 2006)
PROS: Roomy and tough.

CONS: zip

REVIEW: Have owned a 95 for the past three years and it was the best investment ever made. Purchased with 375000 KMs already on it, it has hardly needed repaires. Many things have just now started breaking down and it isn't worth repairing anymore. I just found out that they stopped production last ...

Best AWD vehicle out there. (5/5) - jo from Ohio (Tue, 28 Feb 2006)
REVIEW: I gave my AstroAWD to my husband and I bought a "regular" minivan, it was the worst mistake I've made. When looking at the selections for AWD and 7-8 passenger seating, you CANNOT beat the AstroAWD for reliability, performance and cost. I hope Chevy doesn't stop making this ...

SEE THE USA FROM YOUR EASY CHAIR (5/5) - ED FROM THE O.C. CA. from ORANGE COUNTY, CA. (Mon, 27 Feb 2006)
PROS: MOST UTILITARIAN VEHICLE MADE. LIKE TAKING YOUR LIVING ROOM WITH YOU.

CONS: NOT BEING MADE ANY MORE.

REVIEW: I'VE OWNED 4 OF THESE MID-SIZED VANS FROM 1986 TO THE 2005 THAT I PURCHASED IN DEC. 2005. EACH ONE WAS BETTER THAN THE LAST. THEY RUN FOREVER. I'VE HAD VERY FEW MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WHEN YOU CONSIDER THAT WE'VE DRIVEN OVER 1,000,000 MILES IN OUR ASTROS OVER 20 YEARS. IT'S TOO BAD ...

Love my Astros (4/5) - Tom from Aurora, IL 60505 (Fri, 23 Dec 2005)
REVIEW: Purshased my first 87 Astro in 1990. I now own two 87's, one 2000 and a 2005. The first 87 has 450,000 plus miles and still running. GM needs to sell more units not keep cars on the road for 20 plus years. That is why Astro is no longer produced. ...

Great Van!! (5/5) - Manny from Jamaica NY (Wed, 12 Oct 2005)
PROS: Roomy, Good MPG, Powerful

CONS: Top Cargo door (window) was not built well

REVIEW: I traded in my 2003 Mitsu Outlander with leather seats and all the extra goodies, for a 2005 Chevy Astro LS with just standard options. At first I was doubtful of this decision but it is the best deal I have ever made! I really love this van not only for its spacious interior (can fit all of my ...

i love my ASTRO (5/5) - KATY B. from WYOMING DE (Thu, 21 Jul 2005)
PROS: more room than any other vehicle for cargo, people; great paint!

CONS: in the '95 version - didn't like heating/cooling air flow options

REVIEW: I LOVE my '95 ASTRO, bought new. It's looks took awhile for me to accept, thot it was too boxy at first; but grow on me it did. I have observed SUVs and other minivans are only for looks, not for utility. I don't want them. At 150,000 engine and transmission still going strong - hope it ...
